The town house has almost all brand new furniture & appliances. There's 2 rooms available to choose from, you will be sharing the house with just myself & possibly one other.
The Double bedroom is furnished with a double ensemble and has a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The room is $150 plus $15 for all utilities/bills (water, electricity, unlimited internet) weekly.
The Queen room is furnished also with a Queen bed and mattress, bedside table, built-in wardrobe and has ceiling fan. Rent is $160 plus $15 utilities.
Rooms are available for a couple. Double room is $180 plus $30 for utilities in total. Couple is $190 plus $30 for utilities in total.
Bond is 2 weeks rent.
I'm a 30 year old Aussie male, have a full time day job in retail, though my main passion is music (singer/songwriter). I'm also a qualified personal trainer and like to keep fit & healthy. I'm very friendly & easygoing.
Housemate must be working full time or studying full time, honest and trustworthy, and able to pay rent on time.
I'm a very clean & hygienic person & take pride in having a clean house so housemate must be also.
