Shiftworkers are ok too!
Room is fitted with fan, built in robe, TV antenna point & is unfurnished. The rest of the home is fully furnished. There are 2 bathrooms & and extra toilet downstairs, you will have full use of the main bathroom. Living areas are open plan (air-conditioned) and downstairs.
Looking for all the usual things- honest, tidy, mature and respectful person. I work fulltime and am in my early 30's.
Small cardio gym in complex is FREE for residents.
